- help patients to take more responsibility for their health;
- provide practical support and help to implement change.
- make a positive difference to both patients and the practice
- raise funds to provide items to assist patients as seen fit by the Committee whilst ensuring the efficient running of the Patient Group
- where practicable look after those eligible for membership by arranging talks and presentation and by providing information of health and social care matters whenever possible
- provide feedback to, and exchanging views with the Representative of the Surgery.
