NHS App proxy accounts, or linked profiles, are a subsection of the NHS App that allows one patient to access the online record of another patient. For example, a patient may want a proxy account so they can order their child’s repeat prescription. To apply for proxy access to another patient’s NHS App account, please complete the form from Reception along with some form of picture identification.
