Practice Survey Reporting

We have been surveying patients' views of the surgery for some years but the response rates have not been high and results have not been easy to interpret (although we have been made aware that parking is very difficult and the music in the waiting room is not to everyone's taste!). In 2011 the Campingland Patient Group undertook the survey and did a great job - the results are below.

We have discussed the results with the whole practice and have already taken steps to relieve the parking problem.

  This shows who participated, their age, sex, ethnicity and such like

  This shows the tabulated results to the questions, with graphs

The Comments

  The comments are in two varieties. For each question there are: thoughts on the quality of the question and suggestions for better questions for next year, and comments made by patients in explanation of their answer to the question.
